About Cutter Solar...

Cutter Solar was established in 2005 as part of the Cutter Group, which also includes Cutter Electrical, established in 1982. Cutter Solar was launched to better support customers with the adoption of energy-efficient trends and technologies, and is run by Tom Cutter, who has been working in the energy industry since 1996. 

As well as being professionally qualified as a City and Guilds Domestic Loft Installation Installer and having over 20 years' experience in the industry, Tom Cutter has a personal passion for renewable energy, and Solar PV in particular. As a result, he is constantly searching for and testing emerging technologies, and keeps a watchful eye on all previous installations to ensure they maintain maximum efficiency. Tom also believes all installations should be affordable, cost-effective and high-quality, which is an ethos he has instilled in the whole team. This approach means that instead of working with one brand and one technology, the team have built relationships with all the market-leading, named brands, providing customers with quality options and unique USPs.
